    I have been managing my training carefully for years due to chronic lower back discomfort & pain. 6 months ago I decided to reach out to jordan for both guidance & to get back to a program that i could be confident with again

    not only am i now able to do the things that used to cause me pain (lunges & other single leg exercises) i can now lift heavy again with both my squats & deadlifts

    i have seen my numbers on the bar grow as well as my confidence. I can't wait to carry on with our training journey & see what else we can achieve together

    jordan's approach to strength training has given me purpose & helped me love training again!

    I started training with Jordan about three months ago, coming over from another gym.  I’ve made great progress already! I’m squatting 100 kg (having begun at barely half that!) & i now have the ability to complete unassisted pull ups for the first time.  It’s really rewarding to see improvements week-on-week! Without exaggeration, I’m feeling and looking the strongest and fittest of my life.   

     

    I can’t recommend Jordan enough.  He’s always focused on technique, he’s positive & encouraging during our sessions, and he’s a great source of information about fitness & nutrition.

     

    The program he puts together for me are challenging but varied & effective.  I’ve struggled to commit properly to fitness in the past, but since training with Jordan something has changed - the gym has finally become part of my lifestyle

    "I wanna look like JLO when I'm 50 & also still be able to eat plantain & curry goat". It sounds like a joke but I was serious LOL. There was something about having a coach from a similar background to me that really resonated
